Don't read if you haven't seen last night's Sopranos:
So, Adriana huh?

I cried for her.
Posted by: C at May 24, 2004 11:40 AMWhy is the link to your site taking me to a bible website?
And, I felt bad for her but she had to know it was going to happen.
Posted by: Karol at May 24, 2004 11:58 AMHeh, what an unfortunate typo I made. http://apictureofme.blogspot.com
Posted by: C at May 24, 2004 12:23 PMI don't even watch the show regularly, but you knew that was coming. She's got to go off and be Joey Tribiani's sister on NBC. That's reason enough to kill her.
Posted by: ken at May 24, 2004 01:45 PMI was wondering when you were going to mention the episode....Well, unlike C I didn't cry for miss LaServa. BUT I WAS VERY scared for her, as she was one of my fav. characters. And Ken, I kinda figured all season she'd be whacked b/c of the "Joey" show. (ugh) Maybe I missed it: but how, when and by whom did little Carmine get 'offed?' And can we please kill Johnny Sacks next? I hate that guy. And I guess no more Gay Vito. Damn.
Posted by: Vanessa at May 24, 2004 03:11 PMLittle Carmine didn't get killed. He's joined forces with Johnny Sac.
Posted by: Karol at May 24, 2004 03:14 PMLast summer I happened to be in Little Italy when they were doing some filming for the Sopranos. And I think last night's is the one I saw: the flashback of Tony B shooting the Leotardos. :)
Posted by: C at May 24, 2004 03:40 PMI thought Carmine chickened out entirely.
Posted by: Ari at May 24, 2004 03:44 PMOh, I took that scene as Little Carmine was killed. I'll make sure to re-watch tonight.
Posted by: Vanessa at May 24, 2004 03:55 PMMore importantly, who the hell goes to war over their cousin?
Posted by: Dawn Summers at May 24, 2004 04:19 PMKarol, I just spoke with a friend who confirmed that Little Carmine is dead. & Johnny Sac is the head of the NY Family.
In any case, I'll re-watch.
Dawn, I am not so sure that anyone will kill Cousin Tony. Maybe he'll swoop in & kill Johnny Sac. & Tony will give him a BY. He is blood, afterall.
I disagree. I think carmine lived, he just caved.
Posted by: Dawn Summers at May 24, 2004 04:58 PMVanessa, just rewatched it (looooove being home during the day) and little Carmine 'dropped out' of the tennis match. Tony asks if he was hurt, guy on phone says 'no, nothing like that'.
Posted by: Karol at May 24, 2004 05:04 PMhmm.
ok...I'll take your word for it. FOR now.
:-P
Posted by: Karol at May 24, 2004 05:13 PMDid you see the comparison of Little Carmine to Bush at tnr.com ? Not only do I see the world in different terms then TNR, I apparently watch the Sopranos differently.
Of course those leftists don't watch my show, Deadwood....
Posted by: Von Bek at May 24, 2004 06:48 PMLittle Carmine didn't die, he just gave up, probably moved back to Florida. The captains loyal to him, however, are likely to not be long for this world...
As for the bible site thing, if you have a Blogspot blog and you mistakenly spell it "Blogpsot," it links to "Aaron's Bible," or whatever it's called.
Posted by: Stephen Silver at May 24, 2004 08:19 PMKarol, OK, OK I rewatched it last night on In-Demand. And Little Carmine, turns out is not dead... I have one last question, what kind of HOUSE is Carm wanting to build with her Dad? "A spick house" is that what she said? What is that?
Posted by: Vanessa at May 25, 2004 09:47 AMI think she saw 'specs' for a possible house. Not positive on that one though.
Posted by: Karol at May 25, 2004 10:25 AMSpec House - Short for Speculative.
You build a house, without a buyer, in the hopes that market demand will make you a tidy profit.
Posted by: Lool at May 25, 2004 12:40 PMAh...ok. Never heard that term before. Thanks
Posted by: Vanessa at May 25, 2004 01:38 PMWhile thinking about this episode, I started wondering how I should feel about Adrianna's uh.. trip to the forest.
I realized that the writers have so capably shown the FBI to be mega a-holes that I was secretley relieved that Tony found out. It was another one of those uncomfortable moments where I realize I'm rooting for the bad guy.
I liked Ade.. and I think Chris made the wrong decision. But I don't think he should have sold Tony out either. Flee to Canada, or something...

Posted by: Darwin at May 25, 2004 02:15 PMReally liked the way the series wound down; always keeps you on the edge. I love the guy who plays Johnny Sac, but don't know his name.
Question? Why did Angelo ask Tony B to whack the girl and Joey? I did not get that at all.
Think the actors I enjoy watching the most are Tony Sirico, Van Zandt and Johnny Sac. Least: Dr. Melfi, Meadow, and Anthony, Jr.
