i thought this was odd, since North korea came out and said that there was an expolisn for a dam they are building (which i thought that excuse was a little to pat, but could be true).
I also read that their would be more expolisons as the dam progresses.

two scenarios.
1. There was some kind of secret weapons explosion and North Korea is covering it up by pointing to other explosions for a damn.
2. There was no secret explosion and North Korea is saying, we don't know what you are talking about but here are some explosions related to damn constructions that did occur.
