C'mon Advertisers
I'm averaging around 3000 visitors a day at the moment, so if you've been thinking about advertising on this site, now would be a great time to take advantage of low, low prices and high, high traffic. Click here to set up your ad.

One blogger to another, I would love to see what ad rates you can demand.
I don't have the niche you do (and only about half the traffic), but I plan to include Blogads in a minor site redesign.

Posted by: Joe Grossberg at October 15, 2004 04:29 PMHow in the world have you gotten so much traffic?
You've got to tell me your secret...
(btw everyone click here and go to my site - http://alexbrunk.blogspot.com/) :-)

Posted by: Lisa at October 15, 2004 05:01 PMWe at Rick's are trying to decipher our own statistics. What program do you use to monitor your traffic, and how do you define "hits"?
Posted by: Rick Blaine at October 15, 2004 06:15 PMI use Sitemeter, which does averages for you, and everyone can see my very low rates by clicking on the link.

Write well. That kinda goes without saying.
Comment at and trackback on other bloggers' posts. Karol and I discovered each other by commenting at the same place. Since then, we've linked to each other several times.
Consider hosting one of the "carnival" things for exposure. I've done Carnival of the Capitalists and Bonfire of the Vanities. I got several new links each time.
And have patience. Or do something outrageous like inventing the CSS Zen Garden or writing about anal sex with Congressional staff.
And last, but not least, don't spam.
