My roommate just found out that she can't vote. She's 22, registered in Tennessee, and this is her first time voting. She requested an absentee ballot, but got a letter back saying that the first time she votes, it has to be in person. I don't know who she was going to vote for, but it doesn't matter. I'm bummed she can't vote.
