First of all the student Mark O'Donnell was invading the professor's space. Second of all it had nothing to do with his lousy republican shirt which says "join us now or work for us later." The student waited four days to complain to the police after contacting the Republican National Committee. This is the true story. She is an honest and good teacher. He invaded her personal space and kicked him out of the way. Do not post without a cause and at first it had nothing to do with that stupid republican shirt.

I actually know Mark and other people that were there. She came over to their table. Are you saying that he randomly walked up to some woman and started bothering her? Get real. I knew about this story the day after it happened and he was already in the process of filing charges.

Well coming from her point of view and the standpoint of a liberal community in durango, I think both of them should be charged with assault and ordered to do community service. He was simply talking and got in her way. She felt uncomfortable and simply kicked him because she felt threatened. This is all. Both are in the wrong. Noone is right. I know the teacher personally and I beleive her story. Thanks!
