Desperate.
Tulsa World, a newspaper in Oklahoma, is harrassing Michael Bates at Batesline for reprinting parts of their articles. Wizbang has the right idea on how to handle them.

Out of all places in the World it had to happen in Tulsa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
let me tell you a little bit about tulsa world and tulsa the city.
The city is using it's condemation powers so it can reclaim land for a major development that is going on. It is very close to the type of emmenient domain abuse the supreme court is hearing a case on soon.
The newspaper printed an article about the poor condidtions at a local building that held renters. That in itself is not very odd. But the city need proably cause to go in and inspect the place, and that article gave the city the probably cause to do just that.
The end result was that the city condemned the building which had been bought from an internet auction.
Honsetly the building was probably in poor condition, but the paper seemed to be helping the city in its quest to get land for the development. I think the city and the paper are dirty.
