Way, WAY bad move for Jacko.

I'm still on the fence about this case; I think he's just freaky enough to actually NOT have committed the crimes of which he was accused (meaning, he DID have very very close young companions... but didn't do anything illegal, just really skeezy).

But another convenient hospitalization on the day your accuser is going to take the stand... that wasn't good PR.
