Big things I haven't written about and good links to people who have
And, hell, let's throw in some Palestinian insanity and propaganda.

Is it just me, or did the media make a bigger deal about Trent Lott kissing Strom Thurgood's ass than they are about Durbin denouncing our military on the Senate floor?
Posted by: Marco at June 21, 2005 10:16 AMAs long as we are at it, one other thing was not mentioned. Prof. Joseph Skelly has been awarded the Bronze Star for his efforts in the service in Iraq. Skelly is a conservative, a patriot, a historian, and a reservist. While I haven't seen Skelly in years, I admire him for actually living his principles and fighting for his ideals. While I normally do not recomend the rather juvenile nationalreview.com much these days, Skelly remains the excpetion. God bless, God speed and thanks Joe.
Posted by: Von Bek at June 21, 2005 11:56 AMJoe Skelly is one of my favorite people that I've met through NY politics. Do you have a link to this story?
Posted by: Karol at June 21, 2005 12:01 PMBTW Von Bek, I've been breathlessly waiting for your comment on the RINO post. Seems like these people are doing from the slight left what you do from the slight right.

Skelly is a great guy and a great man. And now that I am actually praising someone besides you at this blog, I am looking out my office windows for glaciers to cover Illinois and for the Four Horsemen to be riding through the parkinglot...
