What is going on over here? Why does everyone always act so crazy? Is "Alarming News" code word for "Be an antagonistic psycho"?

If this article is true then it just makes me even more frustrated and sad. (big sigh)

I know it's a stupid question, but my frustration leads me to ask "Why can't we have a society where people are judged on their actions rather than on the small detail of religion, sexuality, or color? I know it's ignorant for me to even write that, but as an optimist, this type of shit really gets me down.

All I want out of life is for people to treat me with respect and to do my best to return it just the same.
