That said, Karol, it is getting just the amount of coverage it deserves, ie, none. There is no promise of a return anywhere and an explicit disclaimer that it is a financial instrument. I don't know what else you want. The Metaphor Disallowance Act of 2005 was spiked by Republicans because it was too intrusive on states' rights.
