Am I your mother?
The Commisar has a really cool post going about blog-parents and blog-children (my lord that was the dorkiest sentence ever). My story is that I had learned about blogs through James Taranto's Best of the Web and encouraged Peter to start one, which he did at Pandavox.blogspot.com (now defunct along with the million other blogs he started after that one). I had been sending political forwards to friends and it was easier just to have it all in one place.
I think I have mothered quite a few blogchildren but I'm not sure about all of them so if you want to help with my family tree, go over and mention your mama in the comment section.

Posted by: Charles at October 26, 2005 02:10 AMWouldn't that make me your grandmother too?
Posted by: Karol at October 26, 2005 02:13 AMNah. I'm just a kid who came over to your grandson's house to play. If anything, you are my great-grandma. I started blogging because Rick did.
Kinda weird that Dawn and Rick end up in the Right Blogs column, but that's family.
