That's Brooklyn.
Posted by: Jake at October 31, 2005 08:19 PMWorking in the American automotive sector as a tier one supplier I see and hear about this type of crap everyday but as far as the violence is concerned that is pretty mild.
The funny thing is they’re starting to eat their own. Union brothers and sisters in the UAW are now screwing each other for a piece of the dying second wave economy—and local leadership is too busy trying to figure out difficult matters like tying their shoes to realize what’s going on.
That’s Marxism I guess.
Posted by: Scott at October 31, 2005 09:44 PMBrooklyn is grabbing the hand off your leg and motioning to the baseball bat on your wall while telling them to get the fuck out of your office. At least that's how I'd handle it if I were from Brooklyn.
Posted by: J.Kende at October 31, 2005 10:36 PMScott, that isn't Marxism, it's good old corruption.

Posted by: J.Kende at November 1, 2005 05:44 PMMarxism, per se, isn't about corruption, but, granted many regimes that claimed that mantle were. I thought the union situation was more mafia than marx in the US? That would be nearer the straight corruption mark IMO.
