Calling all Protest Wariors
The anti-Danish protests come to New York.

Just when it feels like it should be calming down, the violence spreads to a new location. And now it's here, in the US, where I must say the papers, for the most part, have avoided republishing the cartoons. When will this round of protests end?

Nothing wrong with protests if they aren't violent.
When exactly is it happening? The source is not clear on that one. Is it on Friday the 17th? I'll be out of town. Otherwise I'd gladly come with my camera and write a nice story about those guys for the Cube. Anyone else is up for the task? I'll let the Cube's pages to the one who can make a good job ridiculing the Islamoragheads protesting in NY.
Posted by: Red Square at February 16, 2006 07:34 PMThere was a protest in London last Saturday, to deplore the depiction of Mohammed and also the stupid violence that followed. It probably wasn't as newsworthy as the hotheads the week before, with placards calling for beheadings and the man who thought that, as a joke, he would dress as a suicide bomber.
