From an article about the Palestinian government bringing in suitcases full of cash from Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt:

This is why, for as good as Pan-Arabists (like Baathists) may have been at cutting up other forces, they were far too good at stabbing each other in the back. See also OPEC.
