Racists!
Mexico worries about its southern border. This line is just classic:
Here at Mexico’s own southern edge, Guatemalans cross legally and illegally to do jobs that Mexicans departing for the north no longer want.
Suggestions on what those jobs can be (as they can't be fruit-pickers or busboys, obviously) in the comment section, please.

Those jobs are the white collar ones that the Mexicans won't do. Instead of India, the new trend this year will be outsourcing to Guatemala.
