Weird story of the day
Putin stops a little boy in a crowd and kisses his belly. Wack-o.

At first I thought he was just blowing a raspberry into his bellybutton-which would have been odd enough, albeit defensible in a ham-handed political stump theatrics sort of way-but after watching it again I have to say that video is pretty disturbing.
Look at it this way.
He could have broken out some of those funky Tae Kwan Do moves.
Maybe chop-block him over a railing.
Imagine the bad press he would have received if that had happened.
Maybe the kid was like "my tummy hurts" and that was some sort of folk healing.
