One of the worst Congressmen in the country, NY's own Charles Rangel, said he will resign his seat if the Democrats don't retake the House in November.

Just like Alec "I taught John Kerry how to make a nuance" Baldwin said he'd move to Canada (if GWB won in 2000) before he denied saying any such thing and then admitted he did say it?
Technicalities, technicalities... I won't hold my breath for Rangel to resign.
I completely agree with your assessment of Rangel as one of the worst. I hate pretty much all of the schmucks on Capitol Hill, but Rangel deserves a special place in hell.
