Killing an Arab?

Bush reads Camus's 'The Stranger' on ranch vacation

Interesting choice considering its most memorable scene.

What kind of comment can you really leave for that one.

So, do you think CAIR will demand that he stop reading the book?

A man contemplating the emptiness of killing. It says a lot.

That is the only song by the Cure that I ever liked.

We know it as The Outsider, actually, not The Stranger.

And despite the brainless comment of "bryan" above, it is not at all about the emptiness of killing.

It is a pioneer existential work, a short novel, easily read, which leaves you thinking about it long after.
