"Do not engage"

Mary Katharine Ham thinks it's important to take on the 9/11 conspiracy nuts. Personally, my reaction is to just step away from the crazies but she may just have a point.

I'm surprised Bernard Brown hasn't hunted down Dylan Avery and beaten the crap out of him.

They're right outside my window. So are the bells. The chanting is a weird contrast to those bells.

They're right outside my window.

May I suggest a bucket of cold water?

Conspiracy theories don't scare me. What scares me is that a vast majority of conspiracy theorists are professors in our universities.

These are the people who are supposed to be training our future leaders. What has happened to the intellectual standards and hiring practices in our universities?

There is a difference when you have a nut case who really believes in what he or she believes in, from people/person who suffers from Bush derangement syndrome, anti-Semiticism, or hatred.

One truly believes their own views no matter how outrageous; they are nutty too. This is similar to those stories of some woman who claims she was abducted by aliens. They are real Space Cadets.

The other perhaps does not really believe their own views to heart or maybe even convinced his or herself that what they believe is true. Their main goal is to keep repeating their story and spreading their theory as a matter of getting others to hate with them. Hating alone is no fun; misery loves company. If they work hard enough and in masses, they can get some of the sympathetic MSM or maybe not so MSM sources to report on them, perhaps influence sympathetic politicians, as byproduct of the process. They are dangerous. The worst ones become terrorists or Democrats (just kidding about the Democrats).

Hate mongers and space cadets need to be distinguished before engaging. Engage the hate mongers. Laugh at or ignore the space cadets. They all disrespect what ever serious event we are referring to, 9-11-01, JFK Assassinations or Jews control, what ever we suppose to control.
