One of the reasons these countries can even afford their substandard socialist healthcare stystem is because the US picks up the tab for R&D on drugs, healthcare, etc.

I do feel sorry for his kid. But that really underscores the ultimate selfishness of what Hart did. He broke a lot of oaths and let down a lot of people, and did so in such a way as to keep on hurting everyone involved.
