A strange story out of Egypt has an Al-Jazeera reporter arrested for possessing tapes of staged torture. Apparently, the tapes were part of a documentary on torture in Egypt despite the taped torture being fabricated. She was charged with "practicing activities that harm the national interest of the country; possessing and giving false pictures about the internal situation in Egypt that could undermine the dignity of the country," and then released.
