It's like Conserva-Woodstock
I knew I was getting a ride down with Flip Pidot and, as he was staying until Sunday and I needed to get back by Saturday night, I knew I'd have to find my own way back. My friend Jim made a joke about me hitchhiking back, but I was envisioning a bus ride in my future.
Last night, walking through the Omni lobby with Ace, I saw a guy with spiky hair wearing jeans in an all-suit crowd. I just assume I know all funky Republicans so I made sure to get a good look at the guy. As I got closer I realized it was Max Pulsinelli, someone I worked with when I interned in DC a few years back. Long story short, he lives in NY now and is giving me a ride back. Small conservative world.
