Conversation of the Day (Or: The desperation of 2008)
Dawn Summers (1:53:17 PM): where's your rudy love now: Rudy Giuliani's law firm has received $100,000 to $200,000 since 2005 to lobby Texas legislators on behalf of Citgo Petroleum Corp., a Houston-based oil company ultimately controlled by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.
Karol (2:53:42 PM): he apparently joined well after they were a client
Dawn Summers (1:53:42 PM): hahahahahahah
Karol (2:53:50 PM): but dude, if I were you, I'd start the Thompson digging

Yeah, that Reagan guy was a total flop.
Posted by: at March 15, 2007 04:09 PMI'd like you to explain precisely why you're infatuated with Thompson. I went to one of the links you listed, and it was a list of things like "Thompson has shot more people in the face than all the Democratic candidates combined."
Is there anything at all behind your interest in the guy?
Posted by: Michael at March 15, 2007 09:02 PMKarol,
McCain has no money. He's not raising money, and he's not GOING to raise any money in the future.
He's done.
Put a fork in him.
It'll be the "Washington-outsiders" ticket of Giuliani-Romney.
Posted by: BadBoyInASuit at March 16, 2007 12:29 AMDo you honestly think Guiliani would take a second-slot spot on any ticket? You ARE insane.
Michael, what more do you want. The guy eats Chuck Norris for lunch. That's good enough for Karol, that should be all the reason you need!
Posted by: Ken at March 16, 2007 01:04 PMGiuliani/Thompson would be more like it.
