Nothing wrong
Kathleen Parker calls the Republican candidates for president "an embarrassment of riches." I am sort-of starting to agree. I still don't see an announced candidate that can win both the primary and the general election but the debate was encouraging. Our candidates actually answered questions and did more than give vague statements like the Democrats had during their debate. Perhaps we don't need Fred? But oh do we still want him.

She dont mention all those wealthy demacrats like the KENNEDYS and GORE but these liberals never mention this
Posted by: golden phoenix at May 12, 2007 05:00 PMWell, I think the second tier are "an embarrassment of riches." Hunter, Tancredo and Brownback all are jewels. Romney, McCain and Rudy-well they're just embarrassments.
And yeah we need Fred. Look, nobody would have thought that a GOP candidate would have a serious chance at losing to Hillary but the anti-W feeling is permanent. I think Fred is the best bet to hold off Hillary.
