Sides

From an article about Dennis Kucinich's wife (who is 29 and has a tongue ring):

At Kent she unexpectedly signed up for a master’s degree in conflict resolution after meeting the course lecturer in a pub. She knew she had chosen the right subject when her final exam took place on September 11, 2001.

“The rest of the world was sending out its love to America but US officials just wanted to kick out. I remember thinking then I’d love to come to America and help them to reconcile with the rest of the world,” she said.

This is where I draw the line at introspection. If on September 11th your thinking was "what can America do to make the rest of the world happy?", we will never understand each other or agree on anything regarding foreign policy. I guess that's not a stretch, though, when applied to the wife of Dennis "I only look sane when I'm standing next to Sharpton" Kucinich.

Leave her alone, Karol. She's hot.

And a redhead evidently.

Looking at both of them simultaneously was a bit unsettling though.

Pics please!!

Gerald is right. They look very weird together.

A tongue piercing!? That's about as low class as you can get. Presidential candidate marries suicide girl. See http://suicidegirls.com/ But it's just just what I'd expect from her elfin freak husband.

She may be good looking, but good God she is nutters:

She is very hot - therefore you cannot criticize her. :)

Hmm. Clicked on that link of her taking about the 9-10 foundation or whatever she calls her group. It is about reconnecting with our life aspirations before 9-11. I just hope the terrorists join this foundation. If so, we may be okay. Then we can all discuss how to beat +2 broadswords into plowshares. If not, then the elf (and his giantess wife) are living in la-la land and likely to get us into very big trouble.

I don't think I want terrorists to join that foundation, because I'm pretty sure their pre-9/11 life aspirations were identical to their post-9/11 life aspirations.

I think the emphasis is to talk to our enemies. By bringing these bad guys to the table, we are able to charm them with our elvish ways or captivate them with our, our, uh. What captivates terrorists who want to chop our heads off?

Her focus on cul de sacs intrigues me though.

Whenever I listen to Marvin the Martian speak it evokes images of cul de sacs.

Cul de sacs bisected by rivers, which are on fire.

From the article:

“Can you imagine what it would be like to have real love in the White House and a true union between the masculine and the feminine?”

Can you say hubris? I knew you could.

I would love it if the press picked up on her and Kucinich. A very interesting story: Frodo and Galadriel hook up to destroy the one ring (the Freemason's ring). I'm pretty sure she'll have at least one Galadriel-tempted-by-the-ring moments too, should the press scrutinize her enough.

Plus, the more folks who hear her, I have to think it in some way will help Republicans. It just has to.

I've watched the entire LOTR trilogy and I still have no idea what you mean.

Gerard,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44XOKr8kips (LoTR clip)

The moment to which I refer starts about 1:42. I'll confess, that's the point in the movie when I ran out to take a leak as well. I saw it in the DVD.

Oh, the character played by Cate Blanchett.

Wow.

That was a great scene.

My favorite scene is still the siege of Helm's Deep though.

what an idiot! I don't care who we were prior to 9/11. The world changed. I'm more concerned about what we'll become...and have to fight in the future. Or worse...who my children will have to fend off.

To quote Cheif Wiggum from The Simpsons: "Why are the pretty ones always insane?"
