BTW, for those who are interested-probably no one-the Ramalla Cafe has been a recent victim of the Board of Health's face-saving crusade.
The funny thing is that when it was a dank hole in the wall-with a bathroom that actually looked like it was imported from the Pal. territories-none of these diligent civil servants seemed to notice.
