Yes, but I've never been in Vegas in July. And I'm scared. :-)

Until just a couple decades ago, Death Valley's record high was 87 degrees.

See ?!
Global Warming !!

Ha, ha, ha.

Karol,

1.) Drink water
2.) Wear sunscreen
3.) Limit your time outside during the day
4.) Learn the warning signs of heat exhaustion and if you're experiencing them _go to a cool place_.

I mean, people live there--it's not like you're going to the center of the sun :P.

Guess who's coming to Vegas this weekend to heat it up even more? Ron Paul. And my sister. And my brother.

Who's Ron Paul?

Doesn't matter how hot it gets in Vegas. Now with the little tram and the walkways and such the only time you need to go outside is to catch the taxi back to the airport.

But if you do go outside from the air conditioned casino you'll feel like Vulcan punched you in the face.

Get off the heat island. Might I suggest Red Rock Canyon? The day I was there, it was over 100, but felt pretty nice (it was a dry heat).
