Fed Up With War, Some Won't Pay Taxes

If Ron Paul were elected, people might have confidence in their limited government and might view paying their taxes as a privledge, instead of the 40% undue burden they are now.

We're basically 40% slaves. Even the serfs only had to give about 20% of their economic output to the king, so we're half serfs.

If they think dealing with the war is bad, wait till the IRS audits them.

In any event, his employer turned him down and he quit. Gross, 38, now works on a contract basis, and last year he refused to pay self-employment taxes.

Now, this is what I hate about these kinds of people. Self-employment tax is essentially the employer's half of social security, which is, technically, a separate set of books. So in his zeal to defund the war this moron is shorting grandma.

I gotta get out of northern California. This kind of thing might be contagious.
