Know he's up tonight

Question for New Yorkers:

I am seeking a Dancehall or Reggae club somewhere on the island of Manhattan. I have found people who would join me for a Reggae all-night-dancing excursion, but I get the feeling they won't "do boroughs". I'm looking for a chill place, my ideal is something like what Nell's used to be but for Reggae, or like Bob's but in a space larger than my NY closet. I am not looking for some $20-cover nightclub that serves martinis and means Sean Kingston when they say Reggae. Any leads?
