In NYC

There's a really cool, non-political event coming up in NYC on November 1st. Hendrick's, a brand of gin, is hosting a Sip&Shine party where you'll get free drinks and a shoe shine. How cute it that?

Pete’s Tavern, 129 East 18th Street (Corner of Irving Place). 7PM – 9PM

Perhaps we should have an unofficial blogger party then? By "unofficial" I mean you all can consider this post your invitation. We'll have a real big blogger party by New Years, I promise.

just because the event is supposed to be non-political, doesn't mean we can't bring a mini-army of Paulites, does it?

Ah, I've been meaning to ask, this Saturday is off?

Anyone else coming to the independent NY YR Halloween party tonight?

I'll come. I'll be dressed as a McCain supporter. I'll still wearing the same suit as if I were still a Ron Paul supporter... but with NO ENTHUSIASM!!!

Depends. Have they had all their shots? :)

Yes, this Saturday is off. I've just been so busy the last few months. Of course, other people can plan a blogger party... :-)

That was the funniest thing you've written on my site yet. I laughed and laughed.

Hendrick's is actually an awesome gin -- the only one that, to me, tops Bombay Saphire. Although Hendrick's tastes like it belongs only in a gin & tonic, whereas Bombay tastes good in other drinks, too.
