In a NY politics state of mind
Old-school readers of this site know--I hold grudges. Remember this guy? He was the one Republican I just couldn't stomach in the '06 election. He was the worst. When I didn't vote for him on election day, I actually wrote in "Allahpundit", only furthering, I'm sure, E5's belief that Allah controls me, I had a few political friends tell me I'd gone too far. I said I wouldn't forgive his supporters for their class warfare tactics and I didn't. I never spoke to any of them ever again. I was also called a disloyal Republican for not just sucking it up and voting for the guy. Disloyal? Let's talk disloyal, people (Via Daily Politics).

For Spencer, you are expected to put your credibility as a professional on the line? Feh...
Stick to your guns on that one...the fact that he just refuses to skulk away only reinforces the fact that he will eventually reveal himself for what he is, for the benefit of anyone who needs further proof, and then, whatever faithful supporters (and I use faith here in the most God-less sense of the word) that thought it was worthwhile to make a pragmatic choice and go on the record for him will fall over themselves to distance themselves from him...
"I said I wouldn't forgive his supporters for their class warfare tactics and I didn't."
There's no need to...Yonkers has its own dynamic of class warfare that is unique to itself, would even be considered unusual upstate or in New England, and is very difficult for outsiders to get a handle on. If Spencer's team is so unsophisticated and determined to inflict such methods on the larger body politic, it speaks volumes as to how unenthusiastic they are about bringing anything fresh to the table.
What irks me about Spencer is how he speaks about the corrupt machine in Yonkers as if he was not actually part of it.
It also feeds sentiments that Hillary's seat was actually bought and paid for (a not entirely unbelievable concept).
Karol, sometimes you have to call 'em like you see 'em.
Say, when did Urban Elephants disappear? I was just drilling down through the links to read the original class warfare, and no more site.

It's still there, but you can't access it unless you're a registered member.
Scott Sala isn't the webmaster any longer so they're looking to revamp it.
