Song of the Day

It's a tie between "Ship Song" and "Nobody's Baby Now" by Nick Cave. Man, that guy has quite a voice.

Nick Cave is amazing.

I don't know if you've ever seen "The Proposition," but that film gave me a whole new respect for his talent as an artist.

The only thing I know about Nick Cave is that he sings that song "Red Right Hand". Awesome song. Are the rest of his like that?

I haven't, Gerard. I'll check it out.

And yes, Red Right Hand is pretty representative of Nick Cave.

You should.

It's the best Western I've seen since either Unforgiven or Tombstone.

Placing it in the Australian outback just adds another layer to the traditional genre.

It's really a remarkable film, especially the score!
