Dude.
UPDATE: Did the Patriots lose because of Gisele? Answer in the last line of the linked post.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Heh:
During mass, the priest is dicussing this week’s gospel: Jesus’ sermon on the Mount. You know the one: Blessed [are] the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven./ Blessed [are] they that mourn: for they shall be comforted./ Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. And he says the gospel is about how we find God in the most unlikely of places, for instance “Who cannot see God’s hand in the Giants making the superbowl?”Posted by Karol at February 4, 2008 02:26 PM | TrackBackReally? Why is this dude trying to get me to heckle his homily?

hey! that's me! that's me! that's me!
Posted by: Not Dawn Summers at February 4, 2008 03:30 PMFor some reason I wasted 2 good hours of my life this weekend watching the movie "Facing the Giants" about a small school with crappy football who begins playing to honor god and what do you know? They win the state championship. Oh, and the barren lead couple ends up pregnant, the coach gets a new truck after his car breaks down, and he gets a raise. Oh, and the kicker's dad who's in a wheelchair is able to stand and cheer. Oh, and that kid was only playing because god saw fit to break the first string kicker's collar bone in the first half.
Of course god cares about football.

That was a great, great game.

When does Tank McNamara give its "Sports Jerk of the Year" award? Belichick ought to be a shoe-in.
