Question for those that want me to get on board with McCain
From Mark R. Levin in The Corner:
Here's a little test: what is John McCain's vision for America? (The surge is a battlefield tactic, so let's think a bit more broadly). If he is to be our standard-bearer, what is his standard?Posted by Karol at February 6, 2008 05:44 PM | TrackBack

An America with John McCain as its president.
Karol, you of all people (given the line of work you're in) get a pass from me if you want--or, well, need-- to join the McCain bandwagon.
Posted by: See-Dubya at February 6, 2008 06:17 PMAn America where he'll reach out to Democrats, "spending responsibly" by "working with the other party" to hike taxes so high to cover any gigantic spending increases they want.
A world without global warming...meaning he'd be willing to wreck our economy to go against a natural warming cycle that's thousands of years old.
An America without the freedom to donate any money to the candidate of your choice, unless you're a billionaire like George Soros who can found your own special interest group. Oh wait, he already got this.
Sigh. The problem is, I don't want Romney or Hucksterbee either!
Posted by: Perry Eidelbus at February 6, 2008 08:52 PMHis standard seems to be 'spite your party'. I guess I can get on board with that if he's the nominee, since I'll be able to spite the party by spiting him.
