1) The discredit he brings to the party?
2) The fact that he didn't want to use a condom negating years of sex ed
3) The fact that he was endangering the safety of a working (class) girl with the approval of her pimp/manager?

No, the

4) trust he violated with his wife and family,

5) the hypocrisy for prosecuting the same types of offenses, and then doing it himself,

6) the fact that there is no way he could subsidize a sex obsession at $5K without having his fingers in someone else's (namely, NYS taxpayers') pie,

7) the fact that he opened himself up to bribery and extortion allegations,

8) the likelihood that the combination of points 5 through 7 will lead to the unearthing of further charges,

9) the fact that we are in the middle of a close election cycle and the vast right-wing conspiracy would be fools NOT to use this against the Dems.
