Testing how much patience my readers have for food-blogging
I just made potato-feta burékas and they are awesome. I used this recipe and I plan to pretty much work my way through that site and make everything the burékaboy suggests (Greek-style iced frappé! It's like he's reading my mind!)

Just in case any guys (or gals, if that's what you're into) out there are wondering, Karol's food sucks. She sucks to hang out with. She sucks to go to the beach with. She sucks to go to dinner with. Consider it my gift to humanity, I have decided to deal with her for all of you.
As part of my duties, I'll eat those awful looking bourekas tonight so none of you are forced to.
You're welcome.

Posted by: MD at May 7, 2008 06:30 PMThey remind me of cornish pasties! Originally, cornish miners would have savoury one half and sweet the other. I can't believe Karol's could be anywhere near as bad as that sounds...
