Happy mother's day!
"Julia" by the Beatles, written by John Lennon for his mother:

I thought the Republican party supporters disliked their mothers as a rule, judging by the vote in the House last week. Doing stuff to waste time is one thing, but selling your mother to do it is just bad, bad PR, don't even mention the look in your silver haired mammy's eyes...
We have ours in March, and my mam's birthday is about a week before or after (Mother's day moves around, not the birthday). Originally it was a day when people went back to their 'mother church' where they were born, in order that people in service could see their families.

Nothing at all that isn't viewed through a moonbat, foriegn political prism. Sad.
What an enriched, substantial life you must lead.
Posted by: Radical Redneck at May 12, 2008 04:09 PMRedneck, I was joking. Now go back under your stone, wipe the spume from your lips, and carry on with your issue of "I'm gonna be raptured because I'm not an a-rab or a Joo monthly", there's a good lad.
Posted by: bryan at May 13, 2008 07:15 AMNice try moonbat! Anyone with an IQ of a cabbage (everyone except you and your immediate family) can see a thinly veiled elitist snark in the guise of a (lame) joke.
You just can't resist an additional uppity snark at Christians can you (even though I've never ever mentioned whether or not I was even one)? You have bought the entire deluxe package of (undeserved) leftist egotism haven't you? Narcissistic leftist slugs: you're a dime a dozen. Each and every one of you are meerly sheep-like followers; lemmings; cookie-cutter latte' sipping elite n' effete snobs.
Your momma lied - you aren't special (except for your needs status).
Try being something original.
