Get happy
I mentioned a few months ago that I was reading a really terrific book called "Stumbling on Happiness" by Daniel Gilbert. The premise of the book is a scientific look at happiness. I'm not particularly "sciency", but I found it easy to read and completely enjoyable.
Dawn Summers didn't love the book as I do but has an interesting review of it up at her site. She gives away the ending a bit (Gilbert presents a strategy for making yourself happy, one I think I have been employing already) but it doesn't ruin the book to know the advice. After all, Gilbert is straightforward in his assertion that you won't follow it anyway.

HAHAHAH, it's true. I did like that the whole way through the book he's like "no one is going to listen to me, but..."
