"West Coast" by Coconut Records.
The song's beat sort of reminds me of that horrible "Strong Enough" song by Sheryl Crow, but otherwise a great tune.

The whole Nighttiming cd (which this track is from) is wonderful. I love Jason Schwartman! (and it doesn't hurt that Zooey Deschanel lends vocals to a few tracks.)
