Song of the Day
"Lonely Soul" by U.N.K.L.E.
I've been on a huge Richard Ashcroft kick so today's Song of the Day could have easily been "Sonnet" from his time with Verve, or "Song for Lovers", probably his biggest solo hit. But it's this song off of U.N.K.L.E.'s Psyence Fiction that felt right on this cold but sunny Monday morning. It reminded me of college and of peeling myself out of bed and heading to an 8am class on a freezing Boston morning, discman in hand.
