The key difference here, for the BDS-impaired, is that Caroline Kennedy has demonstrated little qualification other than winning the genetic lottery for this post. Dubya had at least won the governorship of a major state (yes for those of you with a liberal bent, Texas is a major state even if you'd get your a** kicked 30 seconds after opening your piehole there)--Caroline can't even be bothered to vote consistently.

So, yeah, the fact that someone is seriously being considered for appointment to the Senate due merely to her last name should give all of us pause. After all, even Hillary had to actually win an election.

You're right James, but it's worth remembering that it is a family tradition to not have a plausible response to the most obvious of campaign questions. And yet, a man who couldn't answer the question of why he was running for POTUS is now the lion of the senate, brain tumor and all. I look forward to the comedy bonanza that awaits.
