It's not April Fool's day...
...but our Senate is reviewing how colleges pick their #1 football team.
Part of me thinks this is a good thing; if they're working on this nonsense they won't have time to really screw up a different project (the economy, either war, etc.). On the other hand, we're paying these people. Like actual money. I think we should stage an anti-AIG style protest outside the Capitol building demanding our money back, no?

College basketball fans second guess the NCAA selection committee because of a dispute over who should be seeded 64th, yet you have an entire sport where the championship is perpetually in dispute.
